Shipping Details and Delivery Conditions

At origenbath.co.uk, we work to ensure your order arrives safely and securely. The following conditions explain the shipping method and the mandatory checks to carry out when receiving your order.

1. Shipping to the United Kingdom

  • United Kingdom: shipping is FREE under the active shipping rates configured for this market.

Delivery timing can vary by product and destination. Order and dispatch notifications will provide the available delivery information for your purchase.

2. Transport and Delivery Conditions (Curbside)

Due to the size and weight of our products, shipments may be palletised to provide maximum protection during transit.

⚠️ IMPORTANT: For palletised goods, delivery is curbside. The carrier is not required to carry the goods to upper floors or inside the property.

⚠️ Mandatory Delivery Inspection and Damage Claims

Please inspect the shipment carefully when it arrives:

  1. Immediate visual inspection: examine the exterior of the packaging at the time of delivery.
  2. Note visible damage on the delivery note: if you see any impact, broken seal, crushed box or other external damage, record it in writing on the carrier’s delivery note. Claims for visible external damage that was not recorded on the delivery note may not be accepted by the carrier.
  3. Hidden damage: if damage is not externally visible, contact us as soon as possible and within the applicable claim period stated in our conditions.

3. How to Report Damage

If your order has been damaged in transit, email clientes@d-advancedgroup.com.

Please include:

  • Order number.
  • Photograph of the shipping label.
  • Photograph of the outer packaging.
  • Photographs showing the damage to the product.

Once the information has been received, our team will review the incident and arrange the appropriate next steps.
